Quesadillas

Day 199

We normally eat quesadillas a lot, but apparently not much since I started the blog. This recipe is a pretty basic one, but still so delicious. Great meal if you need some Mexican food in a pinch.

Quesadilla Ingredients

Tortillas
Green onions
Red pepper
Cheddar

Easy Peasy & Cheesey

There is nothing easier to make than quesadillas, short of toast, or boiled eggs, maybe. Wash and chop your veggies. Grate your cheese. Sprinkle veggies and cheese onto your tortilla. Top with another tortilla. Bake about 10 minutes at 325 degrees F.

Grated cheddar, red pepper & green onion

Sour cream
Salsa
Avocados
Lime
Quesadillas
